The cerebral visual impairments (CVIs) are a group of different visual conditions from the brain

  • Each person with CVI has their own unique pattern of visual impairment
  • Each element of visual impairment has its own range of severity
  • Some people have only one element, others have many
  • The number of different combinations of visual impairments is enormous
